mid-division out wide, headway chasing leaders before 4 out, not fluent and pushed along 3 out, ridden and weakened after next

raced in 4th out wide, closer in 3rd at 4th, went 2nd out wide 2 out, led turning in, stayed on well

off the pace in rear-division, plugging on in modest 5th when fell 4 out
