PRICES:

BILLING PERIODS:

Our pay-as-you-go features are automatically charged in each billing period. There are two billing dates each month, the 2nd and 18th of the month. All usage between the 18th and 1st are charged on the 2nd of the month, and all usage between the 2nd and 17th are charged on the 18th of the month.

MINIMUM CHARGES:

We have a minimum charge of £0.30 per invoice. If you have used pay-as-you-go services that total less than this amount in a single billing period, the charges will be rolled over until your total charge is £0.30 or higher, at which time you will then be charged. We reserve the right to charge any outstanding amounts of less than £0.30 at any time.

REFUNDS:

Since Anonymous Ginger is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is sent unless otherwise stated for a specific product. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our sites.

However, we realise that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honour requests for the refund on the following reasons:

• download and unzipping issues: it may happen that you are having problems while downloading the product or its unzipping. In the first instance we will work with you to try and resolve these issues. You must contact the support desk within 3 days of your order. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason. Actions following an incident

Abusive and threatening behaviour, of any sort, from customers to staff, in any form of communication, whether by email, support ticket, over the phone, online support, or personally, will render that customer liable to be barred from using the services of, and purchasing the products from Anonymous Ginger Ltd. The director will respond to the situation by communicating with the perpetrator, to the effect that their behaviour is not acceptable. At the director’s discretion, a decision will be made whether to bar the customer. The police should be informed of serious cases of threatening e-behaviour, or verbal abuse.

INDEMNITY:

You irrevocably indemnify Anonymous Ginger and its Data Providers and affiliates from and against any and all losses, damages and costs suffered or incurred by Anonymous Ginger, any Data Providers or affiliates of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with your use, provision or distribution of information or any part of our services or any part or otherwise howsoever arising in relation to any breach of this agreement by you.
